• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue.

4. Exchanges
